I'm a twenty year old free spirit who's trying to keep a track of her life just to observe what kind of a person I am. I'm vulgar from time to time, But really isn't everyone? My frustration level is always close to boiling point, and my patience, well, let's just say, I do need to keep that in check. I'm a girl with Hawaiian hips and Japanese humor. So, ladies and gentlemen, bear with me and do attempt to enjoy my nonsense-d key bashing that I call a blog. Life. Love. Liqueur Music /

Finally, a break.
Nine days straight, through fourth of July weekend and finally a break! Today and tomorrow are my two days off and I am completely stoked. A nice day relaxing, by first getting all of my errands done. We got our money order for rent done, sent in our utility bill, my deposit for my school, FINALLY sent my best friend's bags to her in Hawai'i.
After getting all of that out of the day, we begin our day off with a delicious lunch at Port of Subs. Where I got a Buffalo Chicken sandwhich, and Duckie got a Roast Beef and Turkey Sandwhich. This place is seriously delicious. If you have a port of subs near where you live and haven't tried it out yet, do go! Click here to find a location near you! After, that, we decided to spend the day walking around in Petaluma, which we did. It was slightly chilly today, but other than that, it was so much fun! We stopped by Heebee Jeebees, which is a fun little store, where they sell fun gookers. One of the things I've been wanting lately are these fun ice cube trays. They had a bit of a variety there, but I really like these two... They were about $10, so I didn't buy either of them, but perhaps next time I will. We then stopped by Jungle Vibe, which was a lot of fun. I got a Hello Kitty key cover for my new car that I SHOULD be getting sometime soon! After that, we stopped by the Mall to walk around before our five O'clock manicure appointment. I got two new shoes... Cute kitten heels (yes, of course, leopard print) I was looking for black ones so I could wear them to work, but I couldn't find a good pair, instead, I found these cute little Ballet Flats... It looks like On Pointe Ballet Shoes. I'm super excited for them! We stopped by the gourmet shop, where we got a mini slow cooker for about $6. How exciting! Now all we need to do is clean our house, get some groceries and we could put that slow cooker to good use. Finally, we went and got a GREAT deal at Coach, where I got a cute little ponytail scarf! I think I'm getting a bit too obsessed with the animal prints.... That ended our stay at the mall, and it was then time for our appointment. Five O'clock appointment, and we got there about fifteen minutes early. One hour later, we were ready to go, my nails beautifully ruby red, and Duckie's a cute french tipped. like so. The place we went was new to the both of us, and we both really liked it. Shangri La, a cute little store on North McDowell, located right next to the Sports Bar, Beyond the Glory, everyone was really nice and they did a great job on our nails. Click here to check out their website, and get their information and get an appointment there! All in all, the first day to my two day "mini vacation" went pretty well. Now, I'm going to end the day with a Harry Potter special on ABC family and also browsing pictures of my new car! How is your week coming along, readers? |
